The Williams Bay Friday Farmers’ Market is POWERED by Santa Cause Super Charity, dedicated to the health and well-being of children of all ages in Walworth County.

Williams Bay Farmers Market is a unique boutique Friday market with a variety of farmers, makers and bakers with home-grown, hand-made, and home-made foods and goods. All local produce, fresh cooked dishes, beautiful baked goods, delicious sweet treats, fresh flowers, hand-made jewelry, hand-designed art + décor, soaps, and gifts.

Edgewater Park is the perfect setting for our outdoor park Friday morning market, beautiful scenery, friendly people, and free parking in the quaint town of Williams Bay on famous Geneva Lake.

As a vendor, you’ll enjoy the people, atmosphere, commitment to the freshness factor, friendly shoppers, and the fantastic waterfront view @ Williams Bays Farmers Market.

Soak up the sun and sounds of live music, park dining, educational experiences, and Friday fun. You and your business will be part of a charity-based farmers market VS a city managed market.  Our goal is to create a community-based event that engages our local shoppers and global visitors’ every Friday from 8:30 AM – 1:30PM.  The bonus, Santa Cause markets our vendors to our vast network of followers, press and social media.  We welcome all vendors to promote + share WBFM activity, too!

Get started as a small farmer, food maker, floral fanatic, craft vendor @ our unique boutique market, where the ‘SLEIGH MEETS the BAY’.  A special famers market powered by the super-charity, Santa Cause that caters to helping those in need in Walworth County, WI.

WILLIAMS BAY FARMERS MARKET GUIDELINES

– Only farmers with current Certified Producer certificates can sell fresh fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, nuts, meat and eggs, and some other products.

– Grocery and prepared food vendors must have a Temporary Food Facility Permit and/or Food Registration and sometimes a Processed Food Registration.

– All vendors must have General Business Liability insurance.

– Market farmers and vendors must participate Rain or Shine commitment to engage and maintain trust and loyalty with Williams Bay customers.  (Weather exceptions for extreme and/or dangerous conditions.)

– We look for grocery and non-food items produced in Wisconsin and northern Illinois territories, preferably sold by the maker, in keeping with our emphasis on local farmers and growers.

– Grocery products including honey, cheese, microgreens, nuts, jams and jellies, pickles, mustards, granola, baking mixes, quality grains, and dairy products are currently needed at all markets.

– We have limited space for non-food vendors and look for original products, not resale. We are not currently accepting applications in the categories of clothing or jewelry. – If you are a new farmers’ market vendor or farmer and need more information, please request Vendor Presentation for assistance.

– This market is operating with strict guidelines.  All market vendors are subject to comply readily with these guidelines and adjust operations in ordinance of the village of Williams Bay, Park + Recreation department, WB Fire Department and Loins Club.

– Our market maintains an emphasis on local products. Sourcing of materials and ingredients will be heavily considered before any acceptance decision is made.

– All vendors must comply with booth guidelines: setup 7:30 – 8:30AM and booth tear down – 1:30 – 3:00PM

How to submit a winning application and what to do once you’re accepted

We’ll explain what makes a stand-out vendor application, help you assemble the equipment to create your booth, and go over how to operate effectively at WBFM. We request social media accounts to market WBFM + vendors for 14 weeks.

Upon booth acceptance and payment, each vendor will receive a WBFM Vendor Presentation highlighting our unique boutique and ideas to help you connect, promote, and sell your goods to the Williams Bay shoppers.
